It can be used for whatever subject you care to talk about except for anything negative about a person or company (we don’t do ‘negatives’ about anyone ) and of course we don’t allow anything of an adult nature.

Other than that, anything goes! Feel free to link back to your own website or link your website back to the blog. If you didn’t already know, it is an excellent way to drive FREE traffic to your site and is also a recognised means of SEO.
